Attempt #12? Back with high-tech!

Firstly...

YEAH! That's a thing now! I've started using technology to boost my running!

"Wait, Erik's running again?" I hear ye of little faith! Sure, I had a little break doing... stuff - BUT I'm back now! It's not like I've been sitting on a couch the whole time - it's a couch and several chairs actually. I've been doing exercises-other-than-running and - believe it or not - dieting.

So, what about the actual dedicated run that is worthy of finally blowing off the dust and reviving this blog? Holy crap I forgot how much of an S&M ordeal running is. There's still some massive bloodflow going on in one of my ears from all that high blood pressure, I think I've blown my nose six times now and just stopped salivating like a dog who has just witnessed a huge piece of meat land on the floor. I also had a 10 second long burp. No, really.

On the flipside, my calves feel like they're bulletproof - must be those endorphins!
